How do I access NDIS support in Cranbourne or Melbourne's south-east?
If you do not have a plan yet, support starts with an access request and planning meeting with the NDIA, which sets your funding and goals. If you already have a plan, the next step is choosing providers for the supports it funds. Nurture N Revive is a registered NDIS provider (registration 4053413291) in Cranbourne, and we can help at either stage — explaining how funding types work, and starting Supported Independent Living, daily living, community access, or support work once funding is confirmed.
Wherever you are in the process
Already have an NDIS plan
Tell us your goals and funding categories and we will explain how our supports fit, and what a start date could look like.
New to the NDIS
If you do not have a plan yet, the first step is an access request or a planning meeting with the NDIA. We can talk you through what that involves and what to ask for, then support you once funding is in place.
Self-managed or plan-managed
Self-managed means you pay providers and claim it back yourself; plan-managed means a plan manager pays providers on your behalf and you choose providers freely either way. We work with both, and with NDIA-managed plans through registered providers.

Common questions
What is the difference between self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed funding?
Self-managed means the participant or their nominee pays providers directly and claims the cost back from the NDIA. Plan-managed means a separate plan manager pays providers and handles the paperwork, while the participant still chooses who they work with. NDIA-managed means the NDIA pays registered providers directly through the myplace portal. Nurture N Revive works with all three, though NDIA-managed funding for Supported Independent Living requires a registered provider — which we are (registration 4053413291).
I don't have an NDIS plan yet — can you still help?
Yes. We can talk through what an access request or planning meeting involves and what to bring to it, so you are not starting from nothing. Once a plan is in place and funding is confirmed, we can begin support. Send us a message with where things are at and a real person will reply within one business day.
