What is NDIS community participation support?

Community participation is NDIS-funded support to stay connected outside the home: getting to appointments, social groups, sport, study, work, and the places that matter, with a support worker alongside. It is funded as social and community participation under Core supports in an NDIS plan, and Nurture N Revive delivers it across Cranbourne and Melbourne’s south east at the participant’s own pace. Sessions are scheduled around the participant’s own calendar rather than a fixed roster, and workers are matched for shared interests so time out feels social, not clinical. As a registered NDIS provider (registration 4053413291), our workers hold NDIS worker-screening clearances and follow the NDIS Practice Standards for community participation.
