What does an NDIS support worker do?
An NDIS support worker gives one-on-one help with personal care, daily routines, transport, and getting out into the community, matched to the person and the way they like things done. Nurture N Revive’s workers are screened under NDIS worker-screening requirements and rostered for consistency, so participants see the same familiar faces rather than a rotating cast of strangers. Support work is typically funded under Core supports in an NDIS plan and can be delivered at home, at a participant’s workplace or study, or out in the community, on a schedule built around the participant rather than a generic shift pattern. As a registered NDIS provider (registration 4053413291), we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards.
