Where do the prices come from?
The same source as our pricing guide — the official NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27, National price limits. This tool does not estimate or round the figures; it multiplies your entered hours by the real published rate for each time window.
Does this tell me exactly what I have left in my plan?
No — only the NDIS portal (myplace) or your plan manager has your exact, real-time balance. This tool projects forward from a figure you enter yourself, so it is only as accurate as that number and how closely your actual roster matches what you type in.
Is my information saved or sent anywhere?
No. Every calculation happens in your browser. Nothing you type is stored, logged, or sent to Nurture N Revive or anyone else — refreshing the page clears it.
Why is the weekly cost different for weekends and nights?
The NDIS Pricing Schedule sets a higher price limit for evening, night, Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday support than for weekday daytime hours — the calculator applies whichever rate you assign hours to, the same way an actual roster is costed.
What does the support ratio (1:1, 1:2, 1:3) do?
For Supported Independent Living, a support worker’s shift is often shared across housemates on the same roster, not billed to one person alone. Set the ratio to how many participants share that shift — the calculator divides the full shift cost evenly across that number to estimate your individual share. A real household may apportion costs by individual assessed need rather than an even split, so treat this as a starting estimate and confirm the actual split with your provider or coordinator.
